Powder Coating
Electrostatically applied and oven-cured for a tough, even, long-lasting finish in virtually any RAL colour, in gloss, satin, matt, metallic or textured.

Shot & Bead Blasting
In-house surface preparation that strips old paint, rust and contamination and keys the metal, the foundation of a finish that lasts.

Wet Spray Painting
For items and finishes not suited to powder, using primers, two-pack and specialist topcoats applied by hand for a precise result.

Plastic Coating
Thick, durable plastic dip coating that adds grip, protection and a soft-touch finish to handles, racking, baskets and more.
Finished in virtually any colour, matched to RAL or BS references.

Room for the large jobs
Our curing oven is generously sized, around 6 metres long, 3 metres wide and 2.2 metres high, so we can powder coat large items many coaters can’t, from long gates and railings to structural steel and sizeable fabrications.
